Multifaceted problem: Cravings for sweets can be due to many reasons. Some of the more common reasons include unbalanced diet, lack of sleep and stress (emotional and physical). Take a look at your diet and assess whether or not you are getting a balanced diet. Making sure to consume enough protein can be especially important in food cravings.

Healthy sweets: Dieting and exercise are never easy, so try to accomplish your goals with a friend or family member with similar goals. And instead of focusing on just losing weight, perhaps setting a goal of doing something active that you truly enjoy could help you maintain your goal without making it a chore. Try choosing healthy fruits instead of sweet candy or chocolate. And whatever you do, don't give up!
