Cardiac diet: Someone told me about this cardiac diet- if it tastes good, spit it out! kidding aside, do the sensible diet- cut back on intake carbohydrates, sodas, greasy and junk foods and eat more fruits and veggies. Have your thyroid function tested. Drink water before, during and after meals to curb your appetite. Get more exercise. Good luck and take care friend!
