Urine Cytology: If the urine cytology provided a good sample, you needn't worry about a bladder tumor. The increased white cell count( coupled with the red cells in the urine) could signify a bladder infection or inflammatory process, but without further history, it is difficult to pinpoint. A simple urinalysis may help clarify whether you have a bladder infection or not. An increased WBC is entirely non-specific.

No. But follow up: Urinalysis sounds ok but depends on how much blood is noted. Question of what the urine test was done for is appropriate as if it was routine screening as opposed to evaluating symptoms then there is a difference in next steps that r appropriate. Neutrophils can be from a contaminant if it was not a clean catch or a mild infection. Follow up with your urologist or primary care doctor is reccomen.
