When urine cytology is done, we are looking for abnormal cells, i.e. cancer cells, but your urine cytology report did not mention their presence. Red blood cells, leukocytes and crystals are common when looking at the smear for cytology but the main objective of urine cytology is to look for cancer cells so you have nothing to worry.
