Levaquin (levofloxacin): Levaquin (levofloxacin) is the better antibiotics to treat sinusitis as compare to amoxicillin. You can take Levaquin (levofloxacin) together with hydrocodone. Hydrocodone will cause drowsiness so try to avoid driving or doing work that required concentration.
