According : According to drugs.Com, there were no interactions found between Amoxicillin and nyquil. If you have any additional questions about the medications you are taking, give your doctor a call.

Why not?: I don’t see why you can not take them together, the NyQuil should help you sleep and reielf some of the symptoms. It is best to check with your doctor, if the symptoms don’t get better in a few days, he may recommend some decongestants or Antihistamins as well. Good luck
