Not necessarily: I have never heard this before! i would say it depends. If you are feeling stressed out when you get home then it might be wise to take a few minutes to relax before eating, as it is not healthy to eat when you are experiencing stress, but if you are calm and hungry when you get home then i can think of no reason to wait!
