YES!!: Let other people help you! hubby, kids, friends. With abd surgery you need to follow your discharge instructions to the letter! you don't want your guts spilling all out, so hop into the recliner, get a little bell and a volunteer, lots of miralax, (polyethylene glycol) and binge watch breaking bad, house of cards, dexter, the walking dead, or game of thrones! stay in front of the pain, playing catch-up not good.
