I had a dilated eye exam 2 hours ago. can i go to the gym to play basketball? or do i need to stay home and rest my eyes?

Go play: Play and have fun. Your vision may be slightly blurry, but not enough to be dangerous or ruin your fun. In a few more hours, they will be back to normal.

Play - OK: Dilation of the pupils commonly causes blurring of vision. As long as you can see well enough to play basketball following with dilation of your pupils, go ahead.

Play ball: There is no restriction on physical activity with dilating drops. Go for it.
