Sleep pattern should not affect your heart rate unless you drinks a lot of coffee when awake. Resting heart rate of 90 is on the high side but it is still in normal range (60-100). Heart rate of 130 during and right after exercise is normal. However, just 5-10 minutes after exercise, heart rate should be back to baseline. Daily vigorous exercise usually brings resting heart rate down.
