Might affect it.: Answer depends upon why you have clot. This is an unusual clot and may represent a significant clotting abnormality which may affect future pregnancy. However, i suspect you already know why you have the clot and that you do not have a significant clotting disorder (otherwise you would have mentioned it?). If clot is related to vessel injury it would not likely affect future pregnancy.
