At 24 weeks growth scan of pregnancy my umbilical artery pi was 0.9 . i could see that this generally low compared to previous at 17 weeks 1.3 .is low umbilical artery pi something to worry about. i am on baby aspirin too?

Changes in pressure occur as pregnancy progresses. Time of pregnancy gives different results for normal. Review with you doctor to be sure.
