Seek advice fm. dent: Since you are under the care of your dentist, he/she is the best person to advise you about dental work. Since you already have had a root canal done one month back, I doubt that your dentist is going to do any other dental work. But you can ask for further advice about the dental pain, by making a phone call to the dentist. Good luck.

Tooth pain: See your dentist about your pain. Give them your entire health history. Your dentist knows your dental problems and is the best person that can help you right now.

Recurrent pain: The still extant pain may indicate infection, fracture, a slightly "high" filling, or problem with your root canal treatment. Reevaluation by an Endodontist, a root canal specialist, may be in order. Check with your Dentist. As to your medical complications, that's a conversation that your Dentist should have with your Physician.
