Pain for how long?: As dr. Bress said, the signs and symptoms of ischemia are pain and pale color (pallor). The affected area might also be cooler too. You can do without radial artery flow as long as your blood flow everywhere else is good. If the other arteries become occluded, then you have to worry. If you pain is new, you need to seek medical attention now. If the pain is old, attention is less urgent.
