Complex history: RSchaefer ~ it seems you are in good hands having had the MRI and being scheduled for botox. The only Drs capable of dealing with this type of complexity are neurologists, so best advice I can give is check in with a well known Neurologist and then stick with him as best results come from ONE competent doctor assisted by subspecialists. thanks
