It shouldn't: Botox is used to paralyze muscles. So, the answer should be no, but if injected wrong, it could be painful after the inject, but this pain should be very short-lived. When injections are given, the point of the needle can pierce a nerve: that would be very painful, but in short duration. Anything more than a few days will require medical attention.
