No: How do you know you have an enlarged musclein your esophagus? The muscles of the esophagus are of smooth muscle type. Botox has no effect on them. Botox actually works on the nerve endings, not on muscles. If you feel like you have a lump in your throat, see a doctor. You could have reflux or other problems.
