i am 12 days post op septoplasty/inferior turbinate reduction. my nose is very dry! can i use the neil med hypertonic sinus rinse or naso gel ?

Check with your dr. : I would recommend Normal Saline starting post op day #1, but would not use Hypertonic Saline with a fresh wound. Nasal saline gel is usually just as effective, but it depends on what surgical technique was used; therefore it's best to talk specifically with your doctor about post-op care guidance. Good luck.

Saline and gel okay: I tell my patients that it is okay to use saline rinse and gel after surgery. You should check with your surgeon to make sure it is okay to use in your case.
