In what way?: Suffering from nasal congestion? Most patients need to continue to use steroid nasal sprays, and are helped by saline nasal irrigations with something like a neilmed sinurinse bottle. Recurrent infections? Sinus surgery won't prevent you from getting colds during cold and flu season. Go see your surgeon and discuss your concerns, and be very specific about what is troubling you.
