Runny nose: Depends how long ago since you had the septoplasty. Be patient adn go back to your surgeon if it didn't improve over the coming weeks.

Still healing: The normal lymphatic drainage of the nasal and septal mucosa ('skin' inside the nose) takes quite a long time to recover occasionally. Don't give up hope - this will likely improve. Atropine nasal spray could be used temporarily if this is really bothering you.

Information: It is notural to have a funny nose after such surgery for several weeks. It should gradually decrease.

Normal Healing: A runny nose immediately after sinus surgery can be caused by increased mucous production while the inside of your nose heals from the surgery. You can expect your nose act and feel different than normal during the healing process.
