I take a lot of deep breaths on daily basis & sigh a lot also. people ask what's wrong & y i do that. i have asthma, can it cause those symptoms?

If you have asthma,: You should be taking your inhaled steroids twice daily and rescue inhaler ( a bronchodilator) like albutetol or ventolin or proventil (albuterol) or pro air inhalers every 4-6 hours since you are in the red zone right now.You need to do this daily for few months to be free from above symptoms .You can add singulair or montelukast as maintenance once daily. Need close follow up w ur doctor.Asthma is serious!
