Spirometry: Currently the best test to assess lung function is spirometry. The normal values for fvc is >80%, fev1 >80%, and fev1/fvc ratio 0.80. Typically, the spirometry will be repeated after taking albuterol to assess how much the values increased.

Much higher: Are you referring to a peak flow meter or in-office spirometry? Either way, the number is far lower than expected and if accurate could indicate your asthma is very bad. Average peak flow for women your age ranges from low 300s to low 400s depending on height. Would recommend you see a pulmonologist and have full pulmonary function testing performed in a pulmonary function lab.
