Uncontrolled asthma: It looks like your asthma is not controlled. Peak flow is useful only when comparing to your best number. A lung function test would give more information. You should come back and check with your physician.

Well: You need a pft to measure your lung function since pfr is often not a reliable gauge on the severity of your asthma. I am concerned that you are still having symptoms despite 2 courses of steroid. Have you seen an allergist ? I note that you are not on any inhaled steroid and using bronchodilator alone regularly may actually worsen your asthma.
