I'm having flu like symptoms, with a lot of unproductive coughing. the cough reminds me of an asthma related cough, and i'm wheezing. what can i take? do i need an inhaler to help me breath?

Needs evaluation: Inhalers may be a benefit but use of prescription inhalers (what kind/how used) requires a brief history, and exam.This could be done at most urgent care centers.You may have atypical pneumonia and need different treatment.
