Maybe: Your venous hypertension obviously is one issue that should be addressed with ultrasound, and possibly ablation of saphenous vein. Compression should be helpful. Any time a diabetic person has a lower extremity wound, there is the risk of delayed healing complications, but need full dr. Assessment.
