Worsening varices?: did you treat your varicose veins? If not this is probably progression of the varicose veins. Suggest seeing surgeon who treats varicose veins.

Left thigh veins.: It is impossible to give a diagnosis based on what you have provided and without a picture. I would recommend that you see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plan.
