Can structural damage to achilles sheath cause vein on leg in same area to stick out? achilles very hard, seems to stick out too--not ruptured.

Bone Spur: It is possible that you have a bone spur in your Achilles tendon, which can cause it to be prominent and hard. The vein sticking out is not likely due to your Achilles injury. I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation.
