Depends: Most cases of scoliosis are mild and are not usually associated with symptoms. If that is the case, you don't have to do anything at all differently. Curves over 45 degrees tend to slowly progress and should be followed. Surgery is the recommendation for these larger curves t prevent problems in the future. Thank you for the question.
