My toes are often tingly or numb after wearing shoes all day at work but usually goes away the next day...normal?

Numb toes: I wouldn't call that normal. You may be wearing shoes that are too tight causing the nerves in your toes to be compressed. The numbness goes away after being out of the shoes over night. I would recommend possibly finding a different type of shoe with a wider toe box. If this doesn't help, i would suggest evaluation by a podiatrist.

Change shoes: It sound like your shoes are too tight.
