I have been having a tingling/numbness on my middle toe. pain becomes quite severe and hurts when my other toes touch it or when i wear shoes. i havent hurt it in any way to relate the feelings to it. is there something i can do to relieve the pain?

Toe pain: Need picture. But in meantime wear shoes that do not lace up and are wide enough for your feet. No heels.
