Is That a Question?: I'm not sure what your question is, since you didn't ask one. However, generally, the idea of using a space maintainer to allow unerupted teeth to erupt is a valid one. In adults, it's a bit more unpredictable, since unerupted teeth don't always come in by themselves. It depends on their angulation and a few other factors. Give it a few months and see what happens. Your dentist can guide you.

More info please: I'm not sure exactly what prompts this question from you. Space maintainers are used to "hold" a space between teeth while a tooth between them erupts at a later time. Since the wisdom teeth are the furthest back in your mouth and since there is often insufficient room for them, a space maintainer will be of no use. Why not discuss your question with your own dentist or repost the question.

Not appropriate: Space maintainers are used to hold space for canines or premolars to erupt if baby teeth are lost early. Either you genetically have room for your permanent teeth to erupt or you don't. See an oral surgeon for advice.
