NSAID analgesic : This situation is quite transient, but is uncomfortable. The proper use of Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen) (Motrin or Aleve) should manage the discomfort.

OTC Pain Mx: Take Advil, Motrin or Aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache. See if rinsing with warm salt water also helps.
