By spacers do you mean space maintainers or expansion appliances. Both are designed to maximize the space available for eruption of teeth into the best order possible. They don't straighten teeth. Please see a specialist Orthodontist for an Initial Orthodontic Examination (usually free) and a discussion of your options.

Orthodontic therapy is the best treatment of choice to fix the teeth alignment especially at your young age.
