Several things: Exercise (aerobic, flexibility, strengthening), over the counter medication, heat, cold are simple things. A physical therapist can show you exercises. If all else fails and your curve is big enough, you could consider surgery. See your primary doctor or a scoliosis specialist for your specific options.
