Compression: The best home remedy is compression for early keloids. You can use clip-on earrings. The next step if it doesn't get smaller is to see a doctor for a steroid shot. You will need to continue the compression to maximize the improvement so make sure you find a nice clip on earring. Best of luck to you.

See Plastic Surgeon: See a plastic surgeon. If they are very small, also use pressure ear rings (they are not pierced ear rings and they give pressure when applied with their flat surfaces).
