Splenomegaly: Enlarged spleen can cause back, flank, and abdominal pain. You really do need to get it checked. Don't overdose on nsaids & tylenol (acetaminophen).

Check with your Doc: Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be harmful for your liver and Ibuprofen can increase your risk of bleeding. There are other safer options for pain control for your situation but those are prescription medications.
