I have has an ultrasound that shows n enlarged spleen for over 2 months now. i fell hard on concrete and landed on my left side/back. i am now hving more pain and it is also going into my left shoulder? the tylenol isnt working anymore??????

Kehr's sign: Left upper abdominal pain, which is increasing raises concern regarding spleen issues, which apparently you already have. Referred pain to left shoulder has been described with splenic rupture. Suggest contacting your physician ASAP to plan next steps, especially with pre-existing splenomegaly. If continues to worsen head to hospital.
