Advil Cold and Sinus: Advil Cold and Sinus contains pseudoephedrine which decreases breast milk supply. Avoid Advil Cold and Sinus while breastfeeding. Also avoid Tylenol #3 as it contains codeine which passes into breast milk. Okay to take plain tylenol or advil for pain.
