How long does it take for cymbalta (duloxetine) to start working for neuropathy pain?

It depends: It depends on the type of neuropathy, its severity and the dose of Cymbalta (duloxetine) you are taking. At appropriate doses usually 3-4 weeks will tell. Remember, Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not always helpful.

Varies: Some people report pain relief in a few days. For others, it may take 3-4 weeks at the right dose.

10-14 days.: Not a quick response, but you should know by three weeks if it works for you!
