Topical Marijuana: I live in a state in which medical marijuana is legal and have found it very effective for many of my chronic pain patients. Anyone who might 'boo' this idea should consult my book, 'medical cannabis-the natural, safer alternative.' I have numerous patients who have found several forms of marijuana, including topical use (which causes no 'high') very effective for neuropathy & chronic pain.
