Yes: Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Neurontin work well together for treatment of peripheral neuropathy symptoms. Especially if the symptoms are painful. The dose of Cymbalta (duloxetine) usually starts at 30 mg goes up to 60 in a week or two and can go as high as 120 mg. My experience for neuropathy pain is that most people and up on 90 mg. Good health

Go to your PCP: It would be best to start one medication at a time to see your response. Every individual response to Cymbalta (duloxetine) is different but you can start at 30 mg. Once you've established the dose for Cymbalta (duloxetine) and your neuropathy is still troublesome, you can add Gabapentin. It is best to have your doctor monitor your medication.
