60 to 120mg: It may have a synergistic effect. They work very differently. Side effects more common as dosing go's up

It depends.: Some people experience relief with a dose as low as 30 mg but others do not feel relief until their dose is 120 mg. Yes, Gabapentin has been used effectively with neuropathy and it works synergistically with Cymbalta (duloxetine).
