Cymbalta (duloxetine): Hi, either way is fine, because the side effect of Cymbalta (duloxetine) could be either Insomnia or sleepiness then you can try to find out what effect it has on you, makes sleepy then take at night, if the medication interferes with ur sleep then take it in the morning, if your pain is not well controlled with 30mg then ur doctor can increase the dose.
