A, D, E, B6: One can consume too much of the fat-soluble vitamins, which are a, d & e, but one generally has to take massive amounts to get into trouble. Taking 25, 000 units of a for many months can be toxic (but if pregnant much lower levels are toxic) . Vit d toxicity has not been reported with doses under 40, 000 iu/day. Doses of e over 1500 iu/day may cause bleeding. B6 over 250 mg/day can cause neuropathy.
