Food: You get the best nutrition from food , not a vitamin. At your age you need 5 dairy to get your bones strong for the future( you can only do this until you are 30 and the process slows as you get closer) eat 4 1/2 cup servings of fruit a day & 5 1/2 cup servings of veggies. Eat mostly fish and poultry and limit the junk. Red meats should be 2 a week. If you must centrum makes a good vitamin.
