Not at all : Taking 10, 000 iu of pre-formed vit a during pregnancy is hazardous; docs generally advise limiting a to 4-8000 iu to be safe, but your prenatal contains no vitamin a; beta carotene is not vit a but a precursor your body can convert to a as needed.
