Yes but take extra..: A multivitamin can be very helpful for diabetes (& may help BP too) but most one-a-days are not potent enough. The one-a-day brand has a small amount of synthetic vit e; larger amounts of natural e is better; the minerals like zinc are in forms that are poorly absorbed, you need more chromium, b6, magnesium than it provides. I suggest taking a higher-quality vitamin that will help more-see comment:.
