Don't give up: This is a common problem, and one we are seeing more often. Pcos invovles a variety of hormonal imbalances; patience in treatment is necessary. Try cutting down on the carbohydrates and continue to exercise at least 4 x weekly. "natural weight loss pills" likely will not work and may have unwanted side effects.See your endocrinologist or gynecologist for additional guidance.
