Further support indi: I am no expert on PCOS but the condition implies an endocrine (hormone) abnormality associated with insulin resistance. I would talk to your doctor about prescribing metformin. Also, consider a very low carbohydrate diet which is likely to help with weight loss. There are many kinds of BC pills. A seasoned gynecologist or endocrinologist is more likely to help you find the best one.

See a GYN endocrinol: Oral hormone is NOT the only way to deal with PCOS. In fact it is not essential at all. Depending on the details, METFORMIN and SPIRONOLACTONE are the usual remedies. Significant weight reduction often cures PCOS. If you do not like sagging breasts, wait until you get down to your desired weight, then see a breast surgeon about mammoplasty.
