No : Pcos is due to Insulin resistance, which is usually caused by being overweight. Weight loss pills will not cause it, if anything, they may help.

Just the opposite: Just the opposite... By losing weight you can improve the symptoms of pcos, not because obesity causes pcos, but because when you lose weight you'll lower the amount of circulating Insulin in your body. Since Insulin stimulates androgen (male hormone) production, some of the symptoms of pcos (acne and hirsuitism and irregular menses) should improve.
